Motherboard Makerbase MKS SKIPR for Klipper firmware

The MKS SKIPR motherboard is an all-in-one board from Makerbase specifically for use with Klipper firmware. It incorporates an RK3328 SOC to run Klipper and an STM32F407VET6 MCU to run 3D printer tasks. This board is configurable for all 3D printers.

The MKS SKIPR board is delivered with its MKS PI-TS35 3.5" screen. You will need to add the drivers you require.

Please note: motherboards and screens are fragile items. We do not take back equipment if it has been unpacked.

Technical specifications of the Makerbase MSK SKIPR board:

• The SOC uses Rockship's 4-core Cortex A53 RK3328 architecture with the Armbian system to run Klipper
• The MCU uses the STM32F407VET6 Cortex M4 architecture with a frequency of 168 MHz, enabling it to easily control the actions of the 3D printer
• Retains the interface resources of the MKS PI (1 GB DDR3 memory, support for HDMI display interface, PI-TS35 display interface, wired Ethernet port, 3-way USB interface (can be connected externally to the main control board, USB wireless network card, USB camera), hard disk, USB keyboard and mouse, etc)
• Supports system boot from TF card or EMMC module (EMMC module is more stable than TF card, and its read/write speed is also faster)
• Controls up to 7 stepper motors
• 3 independent MP1584PEN DC/DC converter modules guarantee stable card operation
• 3 independent fan outputs that can be used with either VIN, 12V or 5V
• Designed with Schottky protection diodes for MOS circuits and temperature sensors
• Protection against reverse current between stepper motors and drivers
• Z+ interface allows the voltage to be configured to suit the different sensors used to probe the platter
